These training days are designed specifically for chefs who serve the greater food community. The programme is aimed at raising awareness of local food producers and to thereby foster a more sustainable and local food supply.
We encourage our members to embrace seasonality and preserve diversity by introducing participants to what is available locally, thereby creating awareness, new markets, and positive change.
- Our facilitators are trained & experienced in the eco-gastronomy field
- The programme includes visits to organic producers and visits to local fish and vegetable markets hosted by qualified and registered tour guides in the UAE
- Our training session ends with a practical culinary workshop and lunch using only locally purchased products and ingredients, on an organic farm
